In Person

If you prefer to give in person on Sunday morning, you can drop cash or check gifts into the wooden donation boxes located in the main foyer or the fellowship hall. Blank envelopes are available at both locations.

Giving FAQs

Yes. Morris Evangelical Free Church is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Annual contribution statements are mailed every January. You can also view and download your full giving history anytime by logging into your account on the Church Center app or web portal and navigating to Profile > My Giving.

Yes. All online transactions are processed through Planning Center and Stripe using bank-level, PCI-compliant encryption to ensure your personal and financial information stays protected.

Log in to Church Center, click your profile icon in the top right corner, and select My Giving > Recurring Donations. From there, you can change your payment method, edit the gift amount, change the schedule, or pause/cancel the gift at any time.

Both methods are safe and convenient, but bank transfers (ACH) incur significantly lower transaction fees for the church (cents per transaction vs. 2–3% for cards), allowing more of your gift to go directly to ministry.

To some extent, yes. When giving online, you can use the dropdown menu to direct funds to the General Fund, Benevolence, Youth Activity Fund, or specific seasonal missions and building projects.
